The terms
As of 22.10.2026 the preamble names the contracting party outright: Bayterek Ko LLC, tax id 01901202610443, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Chuy Avenue 127, 136, and section 13 repeats the same details.
That is a change over the year. In the 13.01.2026 edition we captured in September the party was “the operator of rpdate.com” — no tax id, no address, no legal form. Two things remain worth knowing: the only contact is still targetyam@gmail.com, a free mailbox rather than one on the service's own domain, and refunds under clause 7.5 are promised “in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on consumer rights protection” while the company is Kyrgyz. The terms do not explain how those fit together, and we are not guessing.
For a service that accepts up to 100,000 ₽ in one top-up and has no auto-charges this is the main question: the contract is concluded with an e-mail address.
History — in the service's words
The About page is written in detail and in the first person: “we ourselves sat in foreign role-play chats… we wanted the same, only in Russian”. First account — 13 January 2026, first five characters — 27 January; over the summer — builder 2.0, long memory, universes, group chat, novellas, sexting, a Telegram bot; in September — franchises. It is the most transparent product history we have seen in the niche — but not a company history.
Age
The rpdate.com domain was registered on 12 January 2026 through REG.RU for one year — until 12 January 2027. At the time of checking the service is eight months old. The balance is “stored with no expiry” — but the service itself, at the time of checking, is no older than its first customer.

HoneyChat's legal entity is not disclosed either, and its domain is even younger (March 2026) — we claim no superiority here. The difference is the model: a monthly subscription against a balance held by an unnamed operator.
